Types of Personal data we hold:

We hold the following types of data: name, email address, postal address, phone numbers, information on events attended, tickets bought, events enquired about and video or photo testimonials.

We do not store data on ‘sensitive’ information such as race, religion, sexual orientation. If you attend one of our events we may temporarily store information on access needs and dietary requirements.

Why we hold this data and how we use it:

We hold this data because you have opted in to our mailing list or given us permission to add you to our list. We use this data for staying touch with you and for marketing and research.

Where data is stored:

We store contact data securely on laptops, and also via the following reputable and safe companies: Dropbox and MailChimp.

In addition, if you have bought something from us, partially encrypted data is stored via the following reputable and safe companies: Stripe, Paypal and EventBrite in the same way it would be for anything you buy using a credit card from other companies.

If you attend a webinar with us that you signed in to your email address is stored via Zoom.

Who processes the data we store:

The festival Director and Co-ordinator process data as well as our PA who sends out our invoices and therefore has access to names, addresses and emails of our clients. This data is stored securely. No-one else can access the data.

Accessing and deleting your data:

If you want to see what data we hold on you, as required by law we will provide it to you within one month. If you request deletion or removal of personal data, we will of course consider the grounds for the request and take appropriate action.
