Mindfulness colouring, art and creativity, is the catchy name of illustrator Ben Poultney, born and raised in the West Midlands now residing in South London. Ben has been drawing since he was able to hold a crayon and hasn’t stopped since. He specialises in fun and vibrant cartoon artwork, bringing humour and lovable characters to the forefront of his drawings. He works regularly with the elderly in many care-homes, as well as offering children cartoon science classes in person and online.
