1-2pm: Nutrition workshop. Essential healing oils
Our diet and the foods we eat combine to result in a healthy lifestyle.
Essential oils have the ability to support our natural healing systems, providing amazing health benefits such as aiding sleep, pain relief, allergies and respiratory illness and more. Come and experience the sweet fragrance of healing oils.

Hand massage by Karen
Can you imagine your life without your hands? Everyday activity at work, home and everywhere makes our hands prone to stress and pain. Hand massage therapy is the best way to relieve painful hands, improves blood circulation and opens up to energy from the body.

Face massage by Alyssa
The face is usually exposed to environmental factors like sunlight, dust, smoke, pollution. A facial massage is important to detox, relieve tension, rove circulation and rejuvenate the skin on the face.

Neck/shoulder or head by Sonia
A neck and shoulder massage, besides feeling good, can help to relieve stress and tension, correct poor posture, a result of sitting at a computer for long periods and reduce the severity of your headaches.

 

2-3pm: Nurture Network with Catherine Rushforth

4pm – 4.45pm: Katie’s Pilates workshop
Unique, fun workouts that fuses fitness techniques from Pilates and Body Conditioning to help tone, chisel and define the whole body. Katie’s mat work classes take you and your body through a series of controlled intelligently choreographed exercises designed to strengthen and tone the muscles, mobilise the joints, increase movement efficiency, build stamina, improve balance, focus on good posture and ease back pain. ALL levels welcome. Come, find your inner peace and build your core.
