10 am : You Are Yoga with Melissa Ribaudo (via Zoom link)

A 60-minute Vinyasa flow yoga class to get your blood flowing, your body moving.

In this creative and playful soulful Saturday flow, we will focus on breath to movement and awareness of the body and alignment, while creating a challenge to inspire you. Mindful movement is encouraged and reminders to practice self-love and listen to your body, taking rest when you need.

This class is suitable for all levels.
